Unfortunately, the guy working in Eyewear ruins the entire experience. Dr. Morris is phenomenal. But you are only as good as your team, and his team is terrible. You could start by teaching customer service skills but you can't teach people how to be kind, caring, compassionate. That comes from the heart. That guy....should not be working with people.
