RecommendedMy dad had surgery this morning. so far everything has been great. they were kind, patient, my dad can be a handful. since his stroke 2 yrs ago he doesn't communicate very well, has a hard time following directions. I want to thank the lil gal at the check-in, she went above and beyond to get my dad where he needed to go. Thank you Dr. Kingrey and staff.
I Had Lasik done last Friday 1/8/21 by Dr Kingrey. I was so nervous! Before surgery I was seeing 20/400... yes 400! The day after surgery I was seeing 20/30 and at my one week post op, I’m now seeing 20/20!!! I’m so thankful I did this!! Even with the covid restrictions and not being able to have my husband with me in the building, it went incredibly well and they were very professional and made me feel super comfortable! February surgery went very well. Staff was professional and Dr Boomer did a great job. May 7 surgery was a total disaster. Rude and abusive staff tried to refuse my surgery because my medical transport was to return after the surgery was completed. (Same as arrangement in February) I demanded someone in authority and after one harpy called my transport company and they agreed to waste their time in the parking lot.surgery proceeded. Fast, friendly, very professional care. Cataract surgery was good.
second cataract surgery done this morning and once again things went well.
Everything about the place was very nice including presurgical contact. Dr Boomer and his staff were very nice and professional. They made the whole experience not half as scary as I thought. Thank you. My husband also enjoyed watching!!
Everyone there was great. They were so friendly and compassionate. You even get 💐 when you leave.
