I went yesterday for my annual exam. I received great service from the check in through the whole process of eye exam. Excellent place!!!!
I was taken care of by Doctor Cooke when I was injured. I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my eye injury .
They were shortstaffed this day, but once I got to see the doctor and the staff they were all awesome !
I received a new patient comprehensive exam today by Dr. Debra Webb and her staff after making the decision to change from my previous vision care provider. I am so glad I made the change!! They were all friendly, caring, accommodating and professional. I really appreciated the time Dr. Webb took with me to answer my questions and explain the current condition of my eyes and the plan of care. I will definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Debra Webb. Thank You All Again :)
Very thorough, friendly and caring folks in this practice.
The staff was nice and Dr Webb was very nice but they had to repeat testing and I had a 2 hour and 40 minute visit...I was a little impatient by the time I left.
Have been a patient for 25+ years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They are always ready and willing to help in any way that they can.
I have been in the Optical business for 45 years and the Doctors at Vision Square are the best I have seen in the 45 years. Great Staff !
I was going there for years until today, the lady on the phone was so rude I do not and will not be going back. If I knew her name I'd post it but I don't but my message to you the lady that I don't know her name is learn to not be rude dude I don't care even if your having a bad day, don't bring my day down because of yours. Learn how to do your job!
