So glad to have found this place. Very professional, patient, thorough & courteous. This is the first Dr that has made me aware of dry eyes & stressed the need to pay attention to the affect it can have on vision. Dr Kingsley and all the staff I have encountered are wonderful. Highly recommend this treasure in Papillion!
DISHONEST AND A SCAM! I called ahead to make sure they are familiar with my specific condition and could help me out. They assured me they could help, but I double-checked since it's an abnormal condition. Again, they confirmed they could help so I booked the appointment since they could see me sooner than another place I was speaking with. The staff was very friendly throughout the office. Dr. Kingsley was great and took his time evaluating my eyes, and discussing all of my questions and concerns. He was very thorough, kind, and personable!
The staff were so kind and helpful, Dr. Schramm in particular was such a great eye doctor. He specifically helped my daughter with her tricky prescription. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. They explained everything and went over cost breakdown before we started the appointment (something I was worried about). The staff were so gentle and kind with my kids as well as myself. Top notch staff & facility! Vision Specialties came up on my Google Maps as closer vision care facility to me @ that time. I am so delighted they did! What a great group of people who really care about your vision needs. Beautifully designed facility & very modernly decorated…. felt very comfortable. They repaired two pair of my fav sunglasses … the nose pads were bad on both….@ absolutely no charge!
