I love my visits at Dr. Heiner’s office, everyone is very friendly and professional.

As soon as you enter this office you are made to feel very welcome by the staff in the front entrance. Because of my ride accommodations, I ended up being quite early for my appointment. They made sure I was comfortable as I waited for my appointment time. I’m sorry don’t know the name of the person that takes you back to do the preliminary things before the doctor sees you, but she is amazing! She is so kind and caring. My primary physician made this appointment for me after an emergency. This is an impressive office. I had very little wait time and I'm a new patient. Knowledgeable and kind staff. The doctor was thorough and really took care. I will come here for all eye care.
