It was my first time with Vision Specialist and I couldn't have been any happier with my exam with the optometrist. She was very thorough took the time to listen to me she asked questions I just thought she really about what I had to say about my eyes. I went to see Trevor S. at Vision Specialist of Council Bluffs for a regular check up last week. My prescription had changed dramatically. Trevor took his time, asked multiple questions and made sure he found my right prescription. I needed bifocals on top of a heavy astigmatism diagnosis. Would never support this place again. I tried to give this place awhile but I’m pretty disappointed. Spent over $500 on Ray-Ban glasses. They feel extremely cheap and uncomfortable and I’ve never had that experience with Rayban before. These feel so cheap that my glasses I had at age 11 are better quality than these. They also are so scratched and I’ve never had glasses scratch at all, the lenses in them are VERY low quality. I started watching what they charge and it seems very high to other places I’ve been to. Exceptional Service and friendly!! I was in town visiting and forgot my daily wear contacts. I called my clinic and got my prescription and shared it with Vision Specialist and they had me ready to go in less than an hour. I highly recommend Vision Specialist!!!
The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out. The made sure that the had everything covered. The doctor also informed me that i did not have something others said i did. They didn't try to oversell you on something you didn't need. I really appreciated Julie for taking the time to go over every detail on what works. I would highly recommend this place.
