Would never support this place again. I tried to give this place awhile but I’m pretty disappointed. Spent over $500 on Ray-Ban glasses. They feel extremely cheap and uncomfortable and I’ve never had that experience with Rayban before. These feel so cheap that my glasses I had at age 11 are better quality than these. I have a hard time keeping the glasses on my face they can't a just them. Been wearing glasses since kindergarden never had this much trouble before.
I went to see Trevor S. at Vision Specialist of Council Bluffs for a regular check up last week. My prescription had changed dramatically. Trevor took his time, asked multiple questions and made sure he found my right prescription. I needed bifocals on top of a heavy astigmatism diagnosis. Exceptional Service and friendly!! I was in town visiting and forgot my daily wear contacts. I called my clinic and got my prescription and shared it with Vision Specialist and they had me ready to go in less than an hour. I highly recommend Vision Specialist!!!
I really like the people who work here! Everyone is so very nice and engaging. Julie is the one who just helped me choose my new glasses and she was very patient, and helpful, especially when it came to fixing an issue I had with my new pair of glasses. Really good, quality location!
