I love her & her staff! She makes you feel so comfortable, she takes the time to explain and ask if you have any questions. I've been going to her since 2016 and I'm happy to say she will be my eye Dr. For many years to come.
Dr. Tran was the third doctor that I had visited in hopes of getting good vision. My problem involved double vision and the use of prisms. The previous doctors had not been able to get a correct prescription. This had gone on for over 2 months. Today I picked up my glasses prescribed by Dr. Tran and I am overjoyed to report how pleased I am with the results. !!!
Very polite and professional environment. The staff are very nice and educational. Came in for glasses and contacts the contacts didn't fit right so they scheduled a follow-up for the next available day I had off. Glasses were a little late coming in but they owned the situation and apologized and suprised me with a gift card to apologise for the delay in my glasses. Most definitely recommend here
This is a great place to take care of all your vision needs. Everyone on the staff is always helpful and sweet. Dr. Alfaro is great!
Both doctors and staff are personable and very capable. They have great equipment and never made us feel rushed. I was happy with the care they took of my 6 year old during her check up as well. We'll return.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Hesitant to leave our old optometrist however, the move proved to be well worth it. Great little place eye place in Westview. I live in Austin, Texas and was in town from a international flight. I was needing updated prescriptions for contacts and glasses. Happened to be staying down the street and they were able to make a same day appointment for me when I had called several other places nearby and no one else could help. Dr. Alfaro and her staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
