The person Amber who works there and call ppl I'm for shadowing is a very rude person and do not no how to talk to ppl. If this how that doctor run her business it's sad. She got mad because I asked her what position was she calling me about and rudely hunged up in my fave as if I shouldn't apply elsewhere!
The kids working there have no customer service experience. They are rude. Took forever for my glasses to get made because they failed inspection. Probably working with cheep company and charging customers high prices. I told them I couldn't make it by since my schedule changed, I work an hour away and their hours are short. I was told they would ship them. I told them no don't ship several times, I would make it during holiday time off and get them. My mail gets lost half the time. Didn't want them shipped. Sorry rude customer. Took a month to get glasses made. The young girls working there have no customer service experience. Shipped glasses that they were told 4 times DO NOT SHIP MY GLASSES.
