I recommend Vision Source of Linthicum for your and your family's vision needs.
I read some of the reviews prior to being seen, and I saw a few reviews saying how they had a negative experience and that Karen wasnt a favorite. I decided to write a review because most people go out of their way to write a negative review and dont really express when theyve had a good experience. Dr. Steven Klein was very friendly and took his time to examine my eyes thoroughly and to discuss. my particular problems. The staff also was very friendly. My new glasses made a big difference. Highly recommend.
My eye care has been provided by Dr. Polakoff for close to 40 years. I have been very pleased with him and his staff. He always asks how my family is and is sincere about it. My daughter has glasses and contacts from his office. She has broken her glasses several times and he has gone out of his way to help us. The Vision Source of Linthicum is a first class operation.
I will not return to this office or recommend them to anyone. They found excuse after excuse NOT to give me a physical prescription, but instead tried high-pressure sales tactics to get me to purchase glasses and contacts through their office. I had to ask FOUR TIMES, even after I told them I was never returning, before I finally received a contact prescription in the mail (but never did get an eye glass prescription). I have had great service. They are very friendly. Referred me to Dr. Ali. And back to Dr.Polakoff. Excited to get my glasses .
They took our money and when something was wrong with my wife's glasses they didn't want to help her. Everyone over there could not speak to me until the Dr. came and then they all wanted to talk. The Dr. tried to lie to me and said that my wife just walked out which was not true she only left after the Dr. told her that he couldn't help her after she complained.
