Everyone is so helpful and professional. Been a patient for years, recently switched my kids over as well and we are all pleased.
My husband was seen in February of 2016. According to our bill insurance was billed 5 months later, with first bill being sent to us 7 months after being seen. During this time we moved and we did not receive the first bill. Received bill this week for 3x original amount owed due to late fees and interest on a bill that we did not know we owed. I have enjoyed being a patient of Vision Source of Liberal and have always been pleased with the excellent care that I have received. Dr. Grahm even took time away from his weekend to meet me at his office to remove something that I had gotten in my eye, that's the stuff you don't forget.
All of the ladies r so helpful!!! Dr Graham is the best.
I went today for my annually eye exam and the staff is really nice and Dr.Graham is really kind and most of of he does a good job!
