I came in for an appointment for me and my 2 daughters. I have had some major concerns about my vision but had not truly voiced it to anybody and it’s just easier to focus on your children. Well all three of us presented them with three different types of vision exams. I will start by saying that I have never been to this facility, but after hearing a friend on the phone with JoAnn from this office just now...I NEVER will. She was not helpful, she was extremely rude and very obviously should not be working with your patients. When a customer contacts your office in an attempt to remedy an insurance issue, you should NEVER speak to them as if they are the problem or be rude when you are asked to do YOUR JOB. We had our first visit with Dr. Uhl at her beautiful new office yesterday. The staff was great and the glasses selection was AWESOME. The technology used during the exam was very cutting edge. Chris helped both my children find the perfect pair of glasses and made great recommendations on lens choices. I was so excited to see they carried Coasta and Oakley sunglasses!!
Thankful for Dr. Stamper and his desire to make sure his customers are well taken care of. My husband really enjoyed his first experience with Vision Source and I look forward to my first appointment with him.
Dr. Eric Stamper is one of a kind. I trust very few people with my eye care and he's among only 3 people I've trusted over a span of 40+ years. Dr. Stamper treats patients like they should be treated - as people and not numbers. You won't find care like his in many other places. It's a lost art but one Dr. Stamper still practices.
What an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly. The doc took the time to explain everything to me and even helped me find the best path for moving forward. Thanks so much guys!
