We had to get a quick repair done at the Maitland location. Ginger was so helpful and completed it in minutes.
They were on time, friendly and very professional. I found the staff to be pleasant & extremely knowledgeable. Dr Patel came highly recommended and I see why. She explained the various exams and put me at ease. Being a new patient, one is always concerned about the quality of care you will get. After putting off my optometry appointment for far too many years, despite the increase in purchase of reader glasses at various stores over the past five years, I scheduled one at the Maitland Vision Source. While the medical exam I received at Vision Source was top notch, I think it’s safe to say a patient’s experience is most directly affected by the service they receive before and after an exam. Vision Source exceeded my expectations during my appointment last week.
