My husband's glasses were supposed to be flexible, and snapped after only 2 weeks. When trying to get the frames replaced under warranty.. the staff submitted the replacement request , but never followed up. 2 months later and I have had to call several times to check on this issue. Every time they simply tell me it's on backorder and have no helpful information. Really had a difficult time from start to finish and really no one specifically to blame except the organization. Not enough people on Wed at 1:00 pm started the problem. Of course many people needed service and the one's left did not seem to know where things were or what to do. We ended up being there for 1 hour for a simple eye glass pick up and to try on contacts which took them 3 weeks to get just for a trial pair. Very satisfied with the care I have received from Vision Source, great customer service is hard to find, but Vision Source definitely prevails in this area! I would like to thank Stephanie, she has gone above and beyond to assist me with the trial and error process of finding the correct pair of contacts for my sensitive eyes. I am so thankful for the staff & great friend, Sarah, for helping find the ~*~perfect~*~ glasses, I love them! Everyone is always so friendly there every time I go in!
My first visit to this place was very unpleasant. I sat and waited almost an hr. to receive an eye exam, and yes I did have an appointment... For the follow-up I was greeted by a very rude woman. Again I waited for a long period of time to get any type of help for glasses & contacts. I regret going, and will not return here again.
