It’s always something with the place. Either it takes forever for an order to come in or it takes forever to get called. You’ve got 1 person assisting a lobby full of customers but 2 receptionists at the front yapping doing nothing. Came in to get a simple order put in for some replacement bridges. Sat around for 20 minutes before leaving. Who knew it would be so difficult to get a 2 minute task done.

You'll have to follow up to ask if your glasses have come in. Two times now, nobody has called to let me know they came in. Can't rely on anyone to do jobs.

I ordered new frames and lenses over a month ago. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks and my glasses would be ready. I never recieved any updates for 3+ weeks, and then they proceeded to tell me it would be “a day or two” until they were ready. After 4+ weeks they continued to say the lenses had never been shipped to them and didn’t do anything about it. They’re quick to sell you something but couldn’t care less if you’re inconvenienced.
