Staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They don’t do their jobs and try to put their lack of accountability on you.
My HSA card wasn’t working for payment & they kindly let me pay once it was figured out.
In life it's easy to find businesses that treat their ustomers/patients with minimal effort to get the job done. I am pleased to admit Vision Source @ Jordan Landing my rare 5 star experience. Everyone i spoke with there treated me like a human being. Not too much else to say here other than look no further if you need eye care. These people are the new benchmark in professionalism. 5 stars!!!!!
Very disappointed with thier staff. I had to send my glasses back three times taken over a month to get them back they keept getting it wrong. Also they got my husband's wrong he had to and back also.
Love his Vision Source location. The staff is VERY courteous and knowledgeable as well as fun to speak with. I wanted to call out Kristy, Bailey and Mishka as all three of them were FABULOUS to deal with today - keep up the good job all!!!
