Extremely disappointed with how poorly this office manages time and communicates with patients. I arrived at 2:01 for my 2:00 PM appointment and asked if I had a moment to use the restroom. I was told I was early, which immediately struck me as odd. I double checked my reminder text, and sure enough, my appointment was scheduled for 2:00. I've been seeing Dr. Poulter for over 10 years. He's great! I also love the Optomap machine they have so he can take pictures of my retina -- and compare them to ones he has taken previously to help detect any issues early on.
Staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They don’t do their jobs and try to put their lack of accountability on you.
My HSA card wasn’t working for payment & they kindly let me pay once it was figured out.
