I really like that appointments can be made on Saturdays which much more convenient due to my work schedule.
The Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! I told them my concerns and I feel like they listened thoroughly. I was in contact with 4 different people during my visit and all left me feeling better than I did walking in. I never thought I would fall in love with my glasses now I can not wait until I get to pick them up with my new prescription. They definitely are going to be my regular people I go to for my eye care from now on!

These people were awesome my appointment was for 2:30 and got in at 2;25..Super nice people and answered all my questions took care of filing my insurance and I was in and out of there in less than an hour and that included picking out my frames.Highly recommend.
A few years ago I went here for general eye exam and was told I had cataracts, which wasn't the issue, the issue was I was told by this office to come back in 6 months and see if they would go away. When I went to my current eye doctor he shook his head and laughed. I will never go back to any vision source and recommend staying away.

Hello Cheryl! We apologize with how you feel! We have not seen you in our office in over 12 years! How time flies! It seems there could have been some misunderstanding. You brought up cataracts, that diagnosis does not just go away. Dr. Palys has been in practice for over 42 years. If she diagnoses a patient with cataracts, she would want to monitor the patient for progression of the condition since cataracts tend to get worse. They don't get better.
