This is not a pediatric friendly office! They do not work well with children. My daughter is 3 1/2 and was recommended by her insurance for a routine eye exam. The tech was not friendly at all and the whole time he seemed frustrated and annoyed because my daughter wasn’t comprehending some of the tests he was having her do(which were not made for a small child). We try to be accommodating to all patients from ages 0-99 but every once in a while we miss our mark. We have addressed your concern with the technician and have added some additional training for that technician. I’ve been going to see Dr Palys for years. Especially in this year of Covid 19, I still received excellent service.
Overall experience was great for my 1st time there, everyone was very helpful and professional.

I used to work for Doc some time ago and since I’ve always recommend people here because of her. She’s a great Optometrist she lets you know what exactly is going on and takes her time with you. Never in a rush. Highly recommend!!
