I have had an overall very negative experience with Vision Realty Management. I have been approached by two long time Naylor Gardens residents to sign a petition of "No Confidence" in the VRM and I chose not to sign it. They manage a property in Washington Dc which I am an owner in and called 3 times left messages and they never returned my call. I have now left 4 messages. I asked after a quarterly statement was sent for a call back to explain it and to know if property was empty is the person not paying there rent etc... This is not good business & I know because I am in the Insurance World and do customer service everyday!
