I don't even want to give them one star. I see what people was talking about when it comes to communication with them. They extremely have poor customer service when it comes to talking to someone in the office. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. At one point when the previous office people where they, you got help with your situation but know the laugh and tell you it's part of your lease. I have been a tenant of Vision Properties for 11 years. always paid my rent. Recently they sent a notice to raise my rent by 44%. In return I asked them to make some repairs to the property if they were raising the rent. Two days later a received a notice to vacate my home within 60 days.... because they can't make the repairs while the home is occupied, yet my neighbors on the opposing side of the duplex have requested repairs for years......
