The dryer door has been repaired. It now closes and opens properly. The technician worked in a professional, timely manner.
The work got done after two weeks. I called multiple times to get them do the work, finaly got fixed.
Sam was Prompt and courteous with resolving my issues, I absolutely love Vision Realty, they've given me hope that great customer service still exist.
Just wanna say there was an issue with the invoice and the 3 guys in the office helped get us paid . Great team !
My husband and I were becoming very upset about the situations with the house and needed several things repaired. After calling many times we decided that if we repaired them we would deduct from rent. Then we received a call from Mr.Sebastian Careaga.I explained my frustration and we went through my list of complaints he listened and said he would help. And help he did. He got the ball rolling.
