Very unprofessional. We fixed most repairs ourselves because the wait for having someone come out was unbelievably stupid. No electric in one down stairs bedroom, sparks coming out of outlets in another. No smoke detectors. Every door in poor condition. Cabinets falling of the walls due to the settling of foundation, 2 had no doors. Large pile of trash in the back yard cost me over 1,000 to have removed. Termites, in the back deck. They are unprofessional and don't fix things. Pass them off to other companies that only do a half job at best. When you end up with roaches and mice from a neighbor apartment they say that is the tenants responsibility and that mice are normal. And scream at you if you are unable to show a property at a moments notice. Threatening to keep your deposit if you don't let them show your home during Christmas. Vision completed over $1500 in repairs from 7-1-16 thru 1-31-17. All repairs and maintenance are performed by licensed independent contractors. Vision does not have the skills required to complete appliance repairs, plumbing, furnace checks etc. The tenant did not contact Vision regarding problems with the repairs nor did she request any work that was not completed.
