An awful experience as a tenant. Our maintenance requests have remained unanswered for weeks or marked finish when they haven't done anything. These are basic things (decrepit oven handle corroded off and the front door has a massive crack making us feel unsafe and constantly letting in cold winter air.)
If anyone is considering renting the property that Vision manages at 167 N 100 E in American Fork, DO NOT DO IT. Two of the 3 apartments are borderline unlivable. My upstairs neighbor just moved out because her heater failed and Vision wouldn’t fix it. I have had constant electrical issues for the past year, and currently have not had indoor lights for 17 days. They will only authorize shoddy and cheap work, and hope that tenants accept having deficient conditions. Vision is the most incompetent and dishonest business I have... read more
