Was recommended by a friend. My conclusion- Not overly impressed at all as the individual I spoke to lacked motivation and knowledge. Went with a different company and sold for above asking price in less than a week.

This company has the worst realtor I have ever worked with, His name is Gary Girouard. He knew I had a time limit to get my house on the market, HE KNEW this for a year and did nothing until the week before a foreclosure auction took place. He ignored my lawyers request to meet with me and to talk options and list the house.Due to his incompetence,arrogance and ignoring what needed to be done for me.
