Vision Quest is great I have been a member of the kent facility for about 2 years and I love the changes that they have made to this gym. We have brand new equipment, new entry way, and they have a great staff. Yes the child care is a bit smaller but it is never full so I didnt see the problem with it!!! I love this place!
What a Workout! I just joined this womens' fitness club and have been taking the noon workout classes. Despite the small lunch time numbers, these classes are fun, energetic, and definitely works the body! They're also well-rounded so that you get in cardio, stretching, and weights for toning. The instructors are great at helping out new members, like me! Carrie spent extra time helping me with a move that caused my knees some pain. She showed me what I was doing wrong. No more pain! Only workout gain! Thanks, Carrie!
