great little gym! love the location, love the changes they have make for the better, trainers are amazing and love the friendly staff they have there. very inexpensive to join for what they offer, come and see for yourself
love the classes If you have been wanting to take a spin class, come and try one of the ones that my gym has to offer you. It is such a great work out. The Zumba classes that VQ puts on is great too. The thing I love about this gym is that all the classes are free with my member ship. Love that about this place. Lots of eqipment to use, lots of free weights, free classes, free training sessions, what more do you need??
Hot Trainers!!! Great place to get a good work out in...brand new equipment, great inclosed group exercise room, classes are free with membership and private womens area. Love the hot tub and steam room that they have here and just to let everyone know, the trainers that Vision Quest hires are HOT!!!
Home of Biggest Looser Great place, lots of equipment, classes are free, like yoga, zumba, step, boxing classes.....Have MMA program too. Friendly place, very clean gym, staff is very knowleable and helpful with anything. Biggest Looser contest is the best here! Come check out my gym!
Best in Western Washington Just wanted to let you know that Vision Quest in Auburn has an MMA program. I have been a member there for the last couple of years and the program that they run is incredible. They also have alot of weights in the back and tons of cardio. My wife loves the all womens center upstairs and the womens cardio boxing class. Come check this place out. Best gym in Western Washington!!!!
Cute Place Cute little place, just became a member and love the cozy atmosphere that they created when they took it over, it used to be Kent Womens, and the old owners ran it into the ground. I am so happy with Vision Quest and what they did for the gym. Great classes, friendly staff, chiropractic on staff. personal trainers, all under one roof!
Loyal Member Cool place. Lots of classes and equipment to use. Very interesting bunch of people that work there. They are too happy to be at their job! They are always friendly and helpful when I need something or have a question. Vision Quest seems to know how to run a great place, I also heard they are expanding again. Can't wait. Just wanted you to come check out my gym. Just thought you should know about it
Best Gym Great gym to belong to. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I love the location in the Super Mall, shop and then work out all in one place! My son loves playing in the child watch while I take the boot camp class. If you ever want a great work out....take that class, it will kick your butt. Get your free pass on line....you wont be sorry!
Bring the family This is a neat place, just wanted to let you know to check it out. losts of stuff to get involved with like the free classes and Biggest Looser contests that they have. I like the womens only part of the gyms too. Have been a member for quite a while and it is the best gym I have been involved with by far. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, my daughter loves the child watch area too.
