I was in this afternoon and the whole staff did a team clean of the gym! It was an awesome experience. I've never been a part of this type of gym before and I am glad I am! I would recommend Vision Quest to any of my friends and family.

Love this gym! Feels like I'm among family when I go there... fun to be at! You can't go wrong participating in the Biggest Loser program here!

I would not recommend this gym at all. It is very small and not worth your money. Yeah, you heard me...It's not even worth $19 a month. There are not enough treadmills. The reusable sweat towels are disgusting. They need to start using paper towels or have moist wipe dispensers. There is not a large area to do abdominal work or other floor workouts. The area where people do that is a walk way. There are hardly any weight machines. Basically, everything is small and there is not enough of anything here. DON'T DO IT!

Only good experiences for me – I haven't had any issues like the previous reviewer...the staff has always been super friendly & they maintain the facility well. I really love the trainers that I've met/worked with. I haven't exercised regularly in a long time so getting back into they gym was hard for me but the trainers have been great!

Horrible customer service! I paid for a series of TRX classes that were cancelled out from under me, and management refused to offer me replacement training or a refund. I was also repeatedly overcharged. Managers repeatedly apologized, but failed to act or even return my calls. I tried to cancel my membership and couldn't even get one of the two managers on staff to take the time to do that much. A waste of my time and money. Don't go here.
