This place was amazing, the staff (Bradley and Michelle) , and all the others who helped me get this home, I thank you, even though we had tuff times with the lending agency that did such a poor job, if it had not been for you guys and gals this would not have happened. Bradley and his expert knowledge in the transfer mortgage dept. and Michelle with helping me through payment issues due to close after close date being moved by other loan company. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I would like to recant my previous statement about vision property management. while I was lucky to have been able to purchase my house outright from them, their vision has changed. they now prey on poor, desperate people who need a home, they use intimidation, threats and harassment to collect payment on houses that should be condemned. they are crooks and taking advantage of the working poor...steer clear and perhaps we can put them out of business.
Great experience – I purchased a house on a land contract through vision property management. While I was charged much higher interest and paid more overall for the house, due to my poor credit score, the company was always willing to help me if I had financial issues, and never charged me a late fee when I could not make my payment on time. They were always trying to help find a solution to my problems. When I lost my job and had my mother help me get a loan to pay off my home, I was sold the home at about 1/3 of the origin... read more
