After losing my husband in May of 2016 I was very distraught, depressed and in general lost. I blamed myself for Bill’s death. I believed I did not do enough to save him. The guilt was unbearable. Iris has a Facebook Group Widows Help, Hope and Growth that is so helpful as I found it when searching for grief groups. She does a great job encouraging everyone there. She posts frequently and has great ideas to get conversations started. She offers invaluable insight as she has been down this grief road too.
