Wonderfull, customer friendly staff also very efficient. Doctor is very knowledgeable ,easy to talk to,and very helpful in explaining things to his patients. A very patient friendly doctor! The staff are very willing to work with you . The only other thing I can say is the person that gave this business a bad review must of been thinking of another optical business ! S.F.S.
The staff there is simply the best, I have never gone to a more friendly eye care establishment. Dr. Dubbels is an amazing doctor who I would reccomend to everyone. The selection of eyewear they have there is out standing.
If your are looking for great customer service and friendly, helpful staff, go see the people at vision optical. They are there to help you every step of the way!!!!
This establishment is deplorable, constant change in staffing, inefficient billing and insurance knowledge. My insurance was billed for services I never received. When I called and finally got in touch with the billing person she had no clue what was done or why I was calling. If you want good customer service keep looking!!!
