Out of town and needed my nails done, we were in the area for a soccer tournament. I looked at reviews online. Took my daughter, asked for a matte nail design with shiny French tip for me. My daughter got white french tips. They said they could do the picture I showed them but definitely couldn’t. I bought my mom a $60 gift card from this salon for Christmas, and she finally went to use it today. At first, they told her it was expired — even though there’s no expiration date printed anywhere on it. Then they said it was “sold.” When my mom pointed out that the name on the building matches the name on the gift card, they claimed there’s new management now and refused to honor it. This is my go to nail salon. My daughter loves them too. They are always friendly and welcoming and do amazing work. I have never walked out disappointed.
