I've had 4 MRI'S at this location and I'm so grateful for this type of modern technology, because I suffer from severe claustrophobia. The receptionist Jennifer, and MRI technician Terrance were very polite and respectful of my whole experience.
The office receptionist Jennifer is so exceptionally kind, helpful, patient and thorough! It's busy with scheduling and she just is so efficient in handling all that she does. The doctor who started my IV was kind and so was my MRI tech! Very grateful to you all!
Friendly facility came in for múltiple scans and Jennifer scheduled me right away
I had a very positive experience during my visit. Both the front desk staff and the technician were welcoming and reassuring. As someone who struggles with claustrophobia, I greatly appreciated the care they took to make me feel safe and comfortable throughout the process.
