My husband and I needed to get an eye exam and new glasses and it was a very positive experience! Cathy at the front desk greeted us with a smile and helped us with the paperwork. Suzette helped also with this and was wonderful, caring and helpful explaining the machines to test our eyes and expertly took care of all the tests. Dr. Marcin and the entire team at VisionMaxx were incredible! Our daughter had an urgent eye injury, and they saw her promptly, handled everything with professionalism, and—most importantly—accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue. Dr. Marcin carefully removed a foreign object that had lodged in her eyelid, and his expertise and calm demeanor made a scary situation much easier to handle. We are so grateful for their care and highly recommend VisionMaxx to anyone in need of exceptional eye care!
We came in early morning and everyone working there was so nice and helpful! Aidan guided me through the initial eye exams and he was very soothing. Dr Lynn Johnson was a delight and very quickly found a clear prescription for me. And Kathy took me to find some frames that would fit my wider head, taking into consideration ones that would be comfortable with some 'stretch'. Really wonderful treatment and the atmosphere was so friendly.
I wanted to thank Dr. Marcin for helping me with my constant eye-strain issue. After getting a new rx for glasses at a different place, I had constant eye strain in my left eye. I had worked with 2 other optometrists over a period of 2 months in trying to resolve the issue but was unsuccessful. Dr. Marcin was willing to work me even if it was through trial and error to figure things out.
