Very caring, respectful of your time and responsive. Also, I got new lenses replaced in my glasses (after 3 years) and I picked the top tier- Crizal with HD, blue light protection, scratch protection, dust protection and all that jazz and today is the first day I’ve worn them. It is a HUGE improvement! Holy wow! I would highly recommend for anyone who drives a lot, is on electronics or works on a computer! It’s also a bonus that it only takes an hour to swap out the lenses and my contacts were in within 2 business days!
I've been everywhere in this town in terms of optometrists. Vision max has the most wonderful employees PERIOD. Every single person in that building makes you feel welcome and they make the whole process so friggin easy. LOVE them. Literally have never had a problem.
Super friendly place with great staff! Had a very enjoyable experience and the doctor was amazing!! Overall I am very happy with my experience and will be returning!
