No stars for this place and their lying asses. I had an eye appointment on September 26,2015 and i am still waiting to receive my glasses. The first pair of glasses they gave me was the wrong prescription and the dang optician name Clarice is a liar,always giving fictitious story of where my glasses are. Dr. Planty is never in office and no one knows how to pick up a phone and tell the customer what is going on nor do they return messages. I am reporting them for fraud and i totally recommend that you not walk away from this... read more
Horrible service! Will never go here again, and will NOT recommend to any one! Worst vision place in Baytown by far!!!
