I drove out to Vision Kia in Canandaigua from Rochester after talking to Brian on the phone and finding out they had an Alien Green Ii Kia Soul. It was worth the drive. My salesman, Joe Porcaro made the call to get my insurance transferred, and stayed past closing to make sure I was all set. He even snapped my first picture with my new car, and one of the spokes hamsters. I wasn't planning on driving my new car home that night, but they made it happen. I LOVE MY HAMSTER MOBILE. Vision Kia in Canandaigua has the best service department I have ever dealt with. I brought my 2011 sportage in for a check engine light which ended up being a major intake issue. Also a rattle in my front suspension resulted in the replacement of a tie rod. They even made it hassle free and called on my extended warranty (GM Protection Plan from Ally).
