My appointment was on July 23, 2024 - ordered glasses, they said 7 to 10 days. Today is now September 6, 2024 and I still don't have them. I call & leave a message (says they will call in 24-hours/this is a lie) Nobody has returned any one of my messages. They have customer NO service. I spent over $400. Keep your money and go somewhere else that will serve you.

I had an OCT scan done in December on the recommendation of your Dr. Bisby. After waiting over a week for the results, I called you folks on Dec. 26th, and was told that Dr. Bisby would call me THAT AFTERNOON. It's January 7th and I still have not been called. I'm not going to call a 2nd time. I will no longer be bringing my healthcare needs to your establishment, and will be taking my insurance company's fat wallet to a competing vision provider.
This team is so professional and thorough. It was my first exam in 20 years. I needed additional exams due to some concerns and they made me feel so comfortable through the additional testing. I also took advantage of their dry eye solutions and I no longer have endless tears. I recommend them 100% to family and friends.

Needs better records and billing - they make mistakes that cost patients time and money! They billed my health insurance instead of vision insurance, and then did not issue a bill to me for the balance until just over six months later (just after my vision insurance's term limit to bill them!) Now I have to personally pay for their mistake.
they're very nice and professional here and treat you with respect I like both locations and would recommend either one.
Dr. Simmons has been taking good care of our eyes ever since we've moved to Colorado. Thank you, Dr. Simmons!
