Today I had yet another unpleasant encounter at Vision Hyundai, this time with "Big Dan" (who has a "Big Dan" sign in his office but apparently has no last name). Today, in a barrage of anger spoken loud enough for every employee and visitor to hear, he shamed me for attempting to use an "extended warranty" that was pressure-sold to me by ""Lily," who no longer works there (gee, I wonder why).
