This was my second visit in the past year and a half. The office is clean and spacious. Check in staff were kind and friendly. I was called back within 6ish minutes of checking in. I like that they have a handheld eye checker tool that is less intense than the machine that that used to give a big puff into your eye. Everyone, from the appointment reminder team and front office staff to the optometrist assistant (I believe her name was Hailey) and Dr. Loab, was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and created a relaxed, welcoming environment.
