The staff at the business are fantastic. The doctor is very polite, professional, and caring. I trust the doctor and his staff. I would recommend Vision Health.
Normally they are great, this last time was horrible. They recommend making an appointment to get different pair of glasses, so that way you can be seen. But you are ignored, and sit there waiting for over 30 minutes while the staff is in the back laughing loudly where you can hear in the middle of the room. Noone comes out to help you, and then the receptionist looks offended when you don't want to book another appointment to repeat the same thing?
Easy. Easy to make an appointment. Easy to get in on time. Efficient and professional process. Great team!
I always feel like I'm in competent hands at vision Health! The doctors are well equipped with up to date technology and take time to explain the state of my eyes and any concerns they have about them.
Such a professional setting. Dr German was terrific. Thorough and patient. We rarely get that from doctors these days. 🤗
