I don't think I will go back. I have ins. But still ended up spending over $100. I was told I had between 150 and 190 for frames I picked a frame that was 209 and said of up to 190 so I will pay extra $19.00 but found out next day after I called frame was only covered $137 or around. Why wasn't I able to max the 190. Was told it depends on frame. What a rip off Im not happy.
I have been going to the Vision Gallery for over 20 years. Yesterday, I was disappointed. It took over 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Some guy walked into the office and jumped ahead of me because his prescription wasn't right. I was also informed that my insurance no longer is accepted and I never received a phone call letting me know this. I paid out of pocket.
