They usually have a couple of open appointments the day you call or for the next day. The front desk and optometrist speaks at least English, Chinese, and Vietnamese to my knowledge. They take VSP insurance (which is nice since Costco doesn't), and Vision First is also upfront about costs and coverage which saves guesswork and time.
The owner and staff are very friendly awesome people.
Trung Sai Tieu really likes their works on my eye exams to get my prisms for my eyesight best.
I’ll be damned if I ever come here again. I had to wait forever to get my contacts, they upped the price and then they said they were out of complimentary solution. The gal said “we’re out, you can buy at store”. Like where was imma buy it? Duh Second of all they don’t have nice frames anymore. I was comfortable with my eye doctor but the customer experience over has not been pleasant.
