Thank you for helping me I know sometimes they get busy but they make it right when issues arise. My glasses kept breaking and they helped me replace it and I really don’t want to go another place . Loyal customer here.
Rude and not helpful. I would avoid this establishment. First time ever went to an eyeglass place and was refused Help.
Do not do business with these people. I’ve been loyal for years and recent years they just been saying sorry we can’t help you when I have quality issues with my frames or contact lenses they just want to over charge and make you buy more stuff. They tell me come certain day and speak with the manager and then I go and she’s not there. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful. Terrible. No good customer service or quality. It really breaks my heart I’ve been loyal to them for 10 years and the services have just went down.
They usually have a couple of open appointments the day you call or for the next day. The front desk and optometrist speaks at least English, Chinese, and Vietnamese to my knowledge. They take VSP insurance (which is nice since Costco doesn't), and Vision First is also upfront about costs and coverage which saves guesswork and time.
The owner and staff are very friendly awesome people.
