Stay away! They charge non-customary fees to repair items covered by warranty. The office staff is rude. My insurance company told me I should take my business elsewhere - even though they have a contract with VisionEyeland. I just wish I'd known that sooner.
The doctors are great and I always enjoy coming into Vision Eyeland because of how organized and clean it looks.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to order frames they don't always carry in store.
