Horrible experience! Will NOT be going back. Would NOT recommend. Terrible service. I came in for my appointment and they reccomended I pick some frames for myself so i picked like 10 or more and narrowed them down to 2 pairs, which took a while and then they said they WOULDNT WORK. called this morning around 930 talked with someone they told,me that normal doctor wasn't in but i could bring my son in at 215 and see the student doctor for his contacts exam and free trial and that it would be this price$$ got there and the girl at the counter was not helpful at all and said that she didnt know who I talked to this morning but that they had lied to me. so apparently they need to have meetings letting everyone know the prices before someone is shocked when they think its one price and then get told a compl... read more
THE BEST PLACE FOR GLASSES
Amazing experience!! Very pleased!
The staff and Dr. Piper are amazing! I was seen quickly, given a thorough eye exam, and had my glasses and contacts within a couple days. We tried a new contact lense and it didn't end up working out but they were more than willing to let me return my unopened lense boxes and order a different type that would work for me. Truly a great experience and I won't take my family or myself anywhere else!!
Absolutely rude horrible service, unhelpful and uncaring. I took off work early to pick up my husband's prescription and drove from Willow Springs. I called on the way there to let them know I would be there. I showed up at 458 and they locker the doors and told me sorry can't help you. Absolutely stunned at the rudeness. I do not and will not ever recommend this place. I work in healthcare and would never ever treat a patient this way. I'm sickened at this experience
