My wife and I attended Reston Vision Essentials to select new glasses last Saturday. Thanks to Oliver, it was an extremely pleasant experience. He is the consummate professional and his thoughtful guidance was highly appreciated. Oliver carefully explained the available options, made sure he had answered all our questions and offered considered suggestions based upon our needs and concerns. He was respectful of our time and highly efficient in his work. In short, he is an invaluable asset to the KP organization.

Kudos for Tony who helps me every time I have an appointment at Kaiser Permanente in Reston, Virginia vision essentials department. He is always a pleasure to work with and is always very cheerful and professional with exceptional Customer Service skills. Recently, I had a situation following an appointment with Low Vision specialist Dr. McBee in the optical department at Kaiser in Woodbridge. Today we walked in to the vision center at Kaiser in Reston and Louis was amazingly helpful and he knows face shapes he has style. He showed me the glasses that really suited me the most. It was hard to decide but I Will you two or three glasses? It’s all about Customer Service professionalism and great People that makes our day better!!! Thank you, Louis!!! Souri
