Kudos for Tony who helps me every time I have an appointment at Kaiser Permanente in Reston, Virginia vision essentials department. Today we walked in to the vision center at Kaiser in Reston and Louis was amazingly helpful and he knows face shapes he has style. He showed me the glasses that really suited me the most. It was hard to decide but I Will you two or three glasses? It’s all about Customer Service professionalism and great People that makes our day better!!! Thank you, Louis!!! Souri
Optician Tony Campanilla is very helpful and courteous to deal with. He switched the glasses smoothly and was very patiently attended on me. Tony keep up the good work.
Tony has provided the most exceptional assistance for our family for years in optical care. He really is a rock star for Kaiser!
Jose immediately identified what was wrong with my glasses (they were wonky) and straightened the frame so they fit correctly. Also David greeted us at the door and showed us where to check in. I might add that the optical department at Reston has a nice selection of frames on display.
