I just received new glasses and contact lenses from the optical department in Reston. Dr. Goldberg was great. Also, I worked with Tony Campanilla obtaining the glasses and contact lenses. Tony went out of his way to help me and also was very diligent in following up with me when my glasses and contacts had arrived. I could not have hoped for better service. Thank you to everyone at Kaiser.
Don’t come here if you have supplemental eye insurance (Aetna, eye med, etc) from a non Kaiser provider. They won’t help you order glasses or contacts using that insurance.
Your website said you close 4:30pm on Saturdays. Me and my child arrived 3:48pm. and we really came for a very simple yet important thing for my son who has special needs, a strap for his Dr Suess glasses which we just bought a few months ago. upon opening the door the Lady immediately said we need to leave because they close at 4pm and she doesnt want to accept any client anymore. apparently she also was trying to kick out the woman who came in before us. I had a really great experience at Kaiser’s optometry department. Marcy Goldberg was very nice and knowledgeable, and her staff was friendly and welcoming. They helped me earlier than my scheduled time and squeezed me in, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.
