Great cs but dont throw your own logic out the window. Brought 6.0 Ford in for 3rd oil cooler fix in less than 25k (miles while I've owned). Followed Vision recommendation: their comment "these don't fail after we reflash, delete egr cooler, install new stock cooler and add coolant bypass filter"...coolant bypass filter was already done during #1 fix and Bullet Proof egr cooler was done during #2 fix. This made no sense to me as 2 previous coolers had failed w factory cooling loop, now Vision's advice was to use same design ... read more
VDP has gone above and beyond to help me get my new/used 07 Dodge set up to haul my horse trailer. New B&W hitch, air bags, and trailer brake have made this pickup tow like a dream. Had a new exhaust & intake system done along with a CTSII monitoring system for my 2002 Dodge & these guys went above and beyond. They did a complete inspection of the truck including the suspension. Very Dishonest people. The owner Derek invited my husband who was currently building turbo's for these boys (yes boys) and he was rude to me. He wouldn't even give me the time of day. I made attempts to chat and you flat ignored me as a woman.
These guys are awesome hooked me up with intake exhaust and tuner for my 2010 f350. Were straight up with me and didn't try and sell me a bunch of extras or bs me about my rig.
These guys at vision diesel are hard working, have great knowledge of products and vehicles, and are very personable. They get my truck fixed in a timely manner and will do anything to make sure your truck is running smoothly.
