All practices could learn from this office! I was absolutely amazed with the entire experience. I was in horrible pain and after 8 calls and no luck I called Dr. Forans office and she got me in right away. Receptionist was very sweet and so accommodating. dr. Ferran was a lifesaver! I had a pretty serious corneal ulcer oh, I'm not only did she give me relief, but she gave me her cell phone in case I had any issues oh, she called me later that night to check in oh, and made me in a next-day appointment even though her office ... read more
Love Dr Billings! She makes you feel comfortable and never rushed. The whole staff is very friendly as well!
