I had a new symptom that I wasn't sure was serious or not at 4:53pm (their office closes at 5pm). Ashley the Office Manager took my call and contacted Dr Corrales (my doctor) to let me know what I should do (e.g. discontinue eyedrops or not, go to the ER, etc.). She called me back after 5pm once she reached the doctor to let me know what to do, and scheduled me an appointment for 2 days later (before the weekend) so he could see my eye and confirm everything was OK.
