Vision Computers shipped the wrong product. Staff did not communicate. They were unwilling to correct the problem. They would not work with the vendor to get the correct product delivered. After giving me the runaround for a week, they had only one solution send the product back for a refund. Then to add insult to injury, They called to say if their vendor not received the product back within 14 days they would not give me a refund. Since purchasing my first computer from Vision in Feb,1999. I have purchased three more desktops and three laptops for myself and my family from them, plus several upgrades as the technology advanced. Ruby Dunlap will always take time to work with you to see if an upgrade makes sense as opposed to a replacement. Vision calls me a loyal customer but you don't become one of those unless you are completely satisfied with the product and the service. Three year warranty, competitive pricing and great service.
