1: Multiple emails to their ever changing neighborhood contact - no response, ever. Problems never resolved or acknowledged. 2: Late fees assessed when they cashed the check before the due date. Took months to resolve as late fees continued to grow. 3: Community landscape issues connected to the February Texas freeze still unresolved eight months later. 4: Community pool closed by the city due to VCM’s negligence. They cant seem to do the simplest of things. I paid them for a resale package, but that apparently does not include their accounting department. They continued to collect dues that were not mine to pay. When I asked, they game me some BS about having to wait two weeks before they could do anything. They were fast enough when they took the money they were not supposed to. Dont trust them with auto draft. You will regret it.
