I will never use John Harris service anymore. They have a nice facility but poor work quality and customer service. (1) John Harris promised my car will be ready within 3 days. After 3 days, I visited John Harris to find they never worked in my car. I got my car after 8 days. (2) They never updated on work progress. I had to chase them to get an answer. RecommendedI was referred to ABA for an estimate by my insurance company, USAA. I dropped in without an appointment, and they took a look within 10 minutes. They determined the fix was easy, fixed it in 10 minutes, I was out of there in 30. No charge, not even for looking at it. Friendly and fast, and not money grubbers.
