Worst service ever. Not so much that it took forever to get my car fixed, I understand these things, the follow up with time frame was terrible, the estimates on completion dates were terrible and 30 min after were told to come get the car we did only to arrive there and be told that it was NOT ready. MIKE said he would pay for our rental car so we were sent to the rental car place 2 days in a row where they didn’t set up my reservation. We had a great experience with the repair on our Honda Pilot this week. The process was smooth, the price was better than expected, and the repair was superb. We were out of town during the repair and received updates throughout the entire process, which gave us ease of mind. We were blown away when we got inside and it was as clean as new! My kids actually thought that it was a new car!
RecommendedI highly recommend Action Collision in Troy over anyone else! Christine at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly and makes sure you are updated throughout the process. I dealt with Nick and Mike M and they were wonderful making sure the insurance adjusters were informed and up to speed on the repairs and cost. My car was repaired and ready for pick up way ahead of schedule and looks great! RecommendedI cant say enough about the quality of the work and the friendliness and kindness if the staff here ! I was in a major bind right before Christmas 2019, my truck was vandalized and windows broke out and the people at Car Craft went above and beyond to help me and my Daughter while my spouse was out of town working. I hightly reccomend and I will use them for any future needs !
